You may return all items purchased at The Insane Company within 10 days of the original delivery. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, a restocking fee of 50 percent may be added. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
The following items may not be returned:
Tattoo Kits - Health Reasons, damage due to shipping items may be claimed with courier
Piercing Kits - Health Reasons, damage due to shipping items may be claimed with courier
